      Build-up and dismantling schedules

      Set-up: Monday, 24 September, from 14:00 to 18:00
      Tuesday, 25 September, from 9:00 to 17:00
      Dismantling: Friday, 28 September, from 11:30 to 18:00

      Exhibition Opening hours
      Build up/dismantling will not be permitted during the Exhibition opening hours listed below.

      Monday, 24 September, from 14:00 to 18:00
      Tuesday, 25 September, from 14:30 to 17:00
      Wednesday, 26 September, from 9:00 to 18:00
      Thursday, 27 September, from 9:00 to 18:00
      Friday, 28 September, from 9:00 to 13:00

      Delivery and storage

      The exact name and address of the shipper, the heading and the dates of the conference, and a contact name on site must be indicated on every parcel. Please make sure that all payments related to the shipment are made (delivery fees, custom taxes …). 

      Deliveries will be received from Monday, September 3rd to Friday, September 21st, between 9:00 until 18:00. All the particular parcels (fragile, very cumbersome…) must be announced before sending to the INL to the attention of:

      From Monday, September 24th to Friday, September 28th, between 9:00 until 18:00, deliveries can be sent directly to the booth. The exhibitors have to be present to accept the package.

      Any package or object left behind after the exhibition at INL, which has not been left in the storage area, is not the responsibility of the exhibition organizers. INL is not responsible for the disappearance or destruction of any such packages.

      Registration & Exhibitor badges

      For security reasons, exhibitor staff must wear the name badges at all times.

      Badges will not be mailed in advance. They should be collected from the Exhibition Desk upon arrival. If your are note registered, please order your exhibitor badges by contacting the conference secretariat at Conference.Office@inl.int

      The deadline for providing all names is 10 September 2018.

      The number of free exhibitor badges depends on the Exhibition Space. 

      Exhibitor’s badge includes:

      - Access to the exhibition area
      - Welcome Reception
      - Coffee and Lunch breaks
      - Conference Dinner
      - Program guide
      - Free wireless LAN access

      Exhibition desk

      The Organizers will provide an Exhibitor Support Desk situated in the main entrance foyer during build-up, breakdown and exhibition opening hours.

      All exhibition enquiries should be directed to this Desk. Messages for exhibitors may also be left at the Desk.

      Exhibitors with special needs are kindly requested to contact conference organizers via email.
